Last week's result was 1 out of 3: Will McKenzie's T12 finish obliged at 6/1 which more than doubled our money. Buoyed by that success, we're straight onto this week!

OK, here's the drill:

Step 1, have an Extrabet account ready to use - this is important for these bets. If you haven't got an Extrabet account then you can open a new one here: going via this link will qualify you for a £100 basket of free fixed-odds bets and £100 casino bonus.

Step 2, pick 3 players in the Extrabet top-20 market with odds of 5/1 or longer. The reason that you place these with Extrabet is that there's no reduction for ties in their rules - so if your player ties with any other players for 20th spot then you still get full returns at the quoted price. This happens more regularly than you might expect! Place a level stake on each, ie £10, or whatever suits you.

Step 3, use the predictor to work out those players who are most likely to finish well at a long price. Typically you need to be looking at outright odds of 150/1 or longer to get a 5/1 top-20 price although there's no hard and fast rule here, you'll need to check the price with Extrabet via this link.

Step 4, if any one of your 3 players finishes in the top 20 or a tie for 20th then you'll at least double your money!

Rich Barcelo Top 20 @ 11/2. The 6ft 4 American is having a quietly efficient season with 3 cuts from 5 attempts, his most recent last week at the Honda in volatile conditions where he finished a creditable 31st. This tournament is in a much lower grade and he must be fancied to improve on that position. Won on the Nationwide tour last season (Cox Classic) and a T6 in Panama last February also provides some interest here. RESULT: T45

Chris Smith Top 20 @ 6/1. Smith turns 41 next month and fits the bill in terms of journeymen this week - see my main tips page for more. Doesn't get many starts on the main PGA Tour, however he knows he needs to make the most of these chances when they come along. Clearly has some positive vibes about this event with a T28 in 2008 and a T13 last year - averaging 70.6 across all 8 rounds he's played here competitively. RESULT: M/C

Robert Damron Top 20 @ 10/1. Damron spent his college years in Florida and will feel at home here - indeed his most recent successes on the main PGA Tour have been at this event. Finished alongside Chris Smith for 28th in 2008 then improved to 21st last year - could well sneak inside that this week at a long price. RESULT: M/C
