So all the messages you receive from…

So all the messages you receive from these and automatic so you are not even speaking to no one, it all a waste of time if you haven’t used these don’t start as they will rip you off or at least try. I’ve gone to the bank and explained the situation so I hope to get my money back and hope that they alert the authorities about this app and shut it down

Betway will take your money

They ask for lots of documents. But when you hand them in, it is like talking to a blank wall - no one answers your call or email!

Forget about your money.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with Betway.

do not use

So after waiting several weeks for response, i went to email betway again and this time it says emails can no longer be sent to the email address. Live chat is useless as always disconnected as i get to the front of the queue. Still have not recieved any my free bets, and still no answer in regards to the slot game taking triple my stake. Which i have sent you the videos of this happening and you choose to ignore.

Not a bad site at all sports side and promotion are really good. Only three stars would of been 5 but playing games on here a really bad played today 40 spins at 50p a go on big bass bonanza averaged about 26 two scatters but never three when they offer 5 scatters I've also noticed that to get a bonus I've had three on this site since joining and you have to play between 80 100 pound to get a bonus. Also just to update I've now played since joining the site over 500 pound amd I've not even had one bonus on big bass bonanza

I was sceptical but…

I was sceptical of this site due to the bad reviews but was pleasantly surprised with my win and how quick I received it. Admittedly I had to deposit a good couple of hundred on slots before I ended up cashing out just under 3k. I was worried there would be an issue with withdrawing but I received the money within 48hrs.

Really poor customer service and response

I signed up online and made a deposit required but thereafter was automatically logged out of my account and could not log back in. The only customer contact option available is online chat and after trying for 3 days with waits over 7 hours long, I finally managed to get a response in that chat facility. Due to this very poor method of contact and lack of trust as a result I requested a refund of my deposit paid. The customer service person named "Berndt" said that he will escalate this request and that I should allow up to 24 hours to receive a response by email,.....8 days later and still no response received ??????

See the results; something majorly wrong...

There is something majorly wrong with the way the slots operate hete compared to the likes of Betfred, Ladbrokes, Virgin, and Sky. The same games on betwat are guaranteed to perfotm poorly on Betway, almost as if the RTP has been alteree in their favor.

I performe an experiment to test this and ran the same games on each of the above sites simultaneously to gauge hoe much play you get; We recorded time stamped screen recordings play for play yo send to the gamblimg comission. We placed 50 pound on each and set a maximum timelimit of an hour, with a steke of 50p.

Betway - Produced no wins, money was gone, in 20 minutes. The game also glitched, with the remaining reels spining for much longer when it looked as though sonething may drop, this happened everytime.

Betfred - At the end of an hour the balance was 115.50, perfotming badly at first before amping up at around 30 pound. No glitches spotted.

Ladbrokes - 25.50 pound left at the end of the hour, no glitches spotted, though we would only see the odd 7-10 pound return before thr game would eat it again.

Virgin - No funds remained and the gameplay lasted 40 minutes, simmilar to Ladbrokes this site would deliver small wins that kept you below the initial deposit, but nothing thst woilf ever take you over.

Sky - 72.50 balance at the end of the hours, no glitches, would pay bigger wins than the previous 2 providers; our largest was 25 pounds.

Account Locked Once Deposit Taken

I would strongly advise against using Betway based on my recent experience. After signing up and depositing £10 to take advantage of the "Stake £10 & Get 125 Free Spins" welcome offer, things quickly went downhill. Despite receiving an email confirming that my account had been verified, I was abruptly logged out and informed that my account was locked when I tried to log in again. No explanation was given for this action.

Attempting to resolve the issue, I contacted customer support via live chat and ended up waiting over 8 hours. Initially, I was told I was number 48 in the queue. 6 hours later I was number 1 in the queue. Then finally after 8 hours of waiting in the queue, I was disconnected without ever speaking to a representative. This left me with no answers and no way to access my account or recover my deposit.

Given the lack of communication and the extremely poor handling of customer support, I'm left with a very negative view of Betway. It's unclear if or when my account will be unlocked or if I will be able to retrieve my deposit. If you're considering Betway, it might be wise to look elsewhere.

There happy for you to deposit in money…

There happy for you to deposit in money but can't get any of my winnings out.
They have my wrong bank account details it says it would go into your account that you deposited with but nothing paid.
Sent emails no reply back as I tried to tell them that's my old bank account.
Also you can't replace your old account to your new one.
Can't even delete old bank account details but you can add new ones.

I can't withdraw

I can't withdraw, it let me deposit and whenever I try withdraw its telling me to "make a deposit with this payment first before I can withdraw" which I already have now I won 300+
Now I can't get my money..

Ridiculous

Ridiculous, should of got deposit bonus upto 50 quid, and 125 spins but didn't get deposit match , cs is terrible, spins are just as bad

FREE SPINS DISSAPEAR…

I have been a customer for many years and enjoy betways bonuses they give on there CASINO CLUB REWARDS..
Every Friday if I have earned any they appear on my account UNTIL last week.
150 free spins missing. The terms say u have 72 hours to use them... Tried to contact customer service which is near on impossible ... those 72 hours have now passed... and NOTHING has been received. Very disappointed..
2 hours after posting this, betway email me and stated after reviewing my account 150 free spins was credited to me Friday morning and I have played them.. I emailed back saying that basically they are calling me a liar and that im trying to commit fraud by trying to receive a bonus again.... 150 spins at 10p....
out of principle now I'm writing this as I won't be called a LIAR

Turned into a disgrace of a company

Turned into a disgrace of a company - scandalous.

Almost 6 weeks and still absolutely no contact or indication as to why my account has randomly been locked, with open bets running (other than a reactive message to my last review claiming they are looking into it).

Now get an automatic reply from their ‘support’ email address saying they are not monitoring that mailbox and will not respond.

I will now be going to IBAS/trading standards. This lot will likely be finished soon - I’ve never known a betting company like them. Used to be really good too.

Disgraceful bookie

Totally agree with anyone claiming that this bookie is a disgrace. The customer communication system is built in a way that it makes you wait for hours until you getting connected to representative in the chat. I’m in the live chat right now and the queue is taking around 20 minutes for ONE person to be dealt with. The company is clearly lacking knowledgeable staff and also they are reluctant to pay the winnings each time looking for excuses. Guys just spread the word and keep fighting this greedy bookmaker. They should hire more staff and save customer nerves!!!
Just a small update for better understanding what means customer-centric 24/7 support as described in the company profile on the right.
-One hour 10 minutes in the Betway live chat system brought me from 9th to 6th place in the queue. That’s why they always have 50+ person queues.
They are simply operate one person chat support. Genius. Good description but awful performance

I've been waiting on over £200 withdrawal

I've been waiting on over £200 to reach my account for over 2 weeks. I have attempted online chat 3 times now for over 6 hours each time but get no where. I received an email saying there is an issue sending cash to my bank card but there was no issue when taking my deposits from the same bank card.

Terrible Coustomer Support service

Betway has one of the worst support systems. Their live support is very terrible. I have waited 5 hours in a queue, moved from 45 to 7, then it got disconnected automatically. It's been happening for the last 3 days. Every time you wait 4-5 hours, when your ticket is about to come, it gets disconnected, and you have to restart again.

Also, they have not responded to my Twitter DM or email for over a week.

Probably the worst ever platform

So here’s the breakdown.

The app itself hasn’t got the markets available like every other platform. The layout is very old and if you’re into football betting this is not the app. However I did win a lot on Betway and am happy with my luck on the app

However. This company does not run well at all. I’ve been gambling for 10+ years. They do not have a help line at all that you can call it’s closed due to “ Covid 19 “ which is an absolute joke. They’ve held a withdrawal up which is fine I’m okay with that. But the live chat is a robot that repeats itself.


Every other gambling site has a live chat which you can speak to a human. These guys don’t pay for live chats and they don’t pay for help lines. If you’re stuck you just have to resort to leaving a comment on trust pilot hoping they get back to you.

If you are a gambler your better off sticking with the other platforms because if this reason. Holding up a withdrawal and no way to contact them? Trust me guys Betway is not the way forward for longevity gambling

All of the comments below are people saying they are owed money. And if they need to provide Information rightly so. But not being able to contact anyone and be left in the dark? FELLOW GAMBLERS STSY AWAY FROM THIS PLATFORM
