With all the complaints on here in the last weeks we all need to get together and stop Betway from ripping more people off and closed down, I been waiting a week and all I’m getting is the same message back and nothing else like it’s automatic.. I’m waiting to hear back from trading standards uk so hopefully they can do something

FREE SPINS DISSAPEAR…

I have been a customer for many years and enjoy betways bonuses they give on there CASINO CLUB REWARDS..
Every Friday if I have earned any they appear on my account UNTIL last week.
150 free spins missing. The terms say u have 72 hours to use them... Tried to contact customer service which is near on impossible ... those 72 hours have now passed... and NOTHING has been received. Very disappointed..
2 hours after posting this, betway email me and stated after reviewing my account 150 free spins was credited to me Friday morning and I have played them.. I emailed back saying that basically they are calling me a liar and that im trying to commit fraud by trying to receive a bonus again.... 150 spins at 10p....
out of principle now I'm writing this as I won't be called a LIAR

Made 2 deposits won some money tried to withdraw it says I have to deposit first to withdraw to the card already have snakey move ended up playing the dead games till nothing left this is bad really bad don’t bother with these

Disgraceful bookie

Totally agree with anyone claiming that this bookie is a disgrace. The customer communication system is built in a way that it makes you wait for hours until you getting connected to representative in the chat. I’m in the live chat right now and the queue is taking around 20 minutes for ONE person to be dealt with. The company is clearly lacking knowledgeable staff and also they are reluctant to pay the winnings each time looking for excuses. Guys just spread the word and keep fighting this greedy bookmaker. They should hire more staff and save customer nerves!!!
Just a small update for better understanding what means customer-centric 24/7 support as described in the company profile on the right.
-One hour 10 minutes in the Betway live chat system brought me from 9th to 6th place in the queue. That’s why they always have 50+ person queues.
They are simply operate one person chat support. Genius. Good description but awful performance

Turned into a disgrace of a company

Turned into a disgrace of a company - scandalous.

Almost 6 weeks and still absolutely no contact or indication as to why my account has randomly been locked, with open bets running (other than a reactive message to my last review claiming they are looking into it).

Now get an automatic reply from their ‘support’ email address saying they are not monitoring that mailbox and will not respond.

I will now be going to IBAS/trading standards. This lot will likely be finished soon - I’ve never known a betting company like them. Used to be really good too.

I was sceptical but…

I was sceptical of this site due to the bad reviews but was pleasantly surprised with my win and how quick I received it. Admittedly I had to deposit a good couple of hundred on slots before I ended up cashing out just under 3k. I was worried there would be an issue with withdrawing but I received the money within 48hrs.

Terrible Coustomer Support service

Betway has one of the worst support systems. Their live support is very terrible. I have waited 5 hours in a queue, moved from 45 to 7, then it got disconnected automatically. It's been happening for the last 3 days. Every time you wait 4-5 hours, when your ticket is about to come, it gets disconnected, and you have to restart again.

Also, they have not responded to my Twitter DM or email for over a week.

I've been waiting on over £200 withdrawal

I've been waiting on over £200 to reach my account for over 2 weeks. I have attempted online chat 3 times now for over 6 hours each time but get no where. I received an email saying there is an issue sending cash to my bank card but there was no issue when taking my deposits from the same bank card.

Not a bad site at all sports side and promotion are really good. Only three stars would of been 5 but playing games on here a really bad played today 40 spins at 50p a go on big bass bonanza averaged about 26 two scatters but never three when they offer 5 scatters I've also noticed that to get a bonus I've had three on this site since joining and you have to play between 80 100 pound to get a bonus. Also just to update I've now played since joining the site over 500 pound amd I've not even had one bonus on big bass bonanza

A truly dreadful company

A truly dreadful company. They've blocked withdrawals from my account despite it being a verified account and trying to contact them to resolve is literally impossible. There's no phone number and the help pages do their best to loop you back to the start. You can email support at betway as it advised on the help page but I've tried that a few times and no response. There's no phone number but if you lie to the virtual chatbot you can get in a queue to speak to a human. The chat disconnects you unless you stay on the page, so I've now been on the same page for 3 hours so that it doesn't disconnect and I've only gone from 51 to 16 in the queue and it's been on 16 for the last 20 minutes. I'd call them absolute clowns but I don't think that's very fair on clowns. Now I'll have to raise a case with IBAS to get my money. Please avoid at all costs, it's simply not worth it. IBAS case raised.

Edit: they replied to this to say theyve sent me a private message. They haven't.

My welcome offer of a free bet up to £30 wasn't paid out. The "support" advisor replied to my last review and said they're reviewing account.

2 things. My bet of £30 settled and the wager £25 meter for free bets promo, progress bar, remains at £0 as well.
Also my matched bet wasn't paid out either.

I DO NOT WANT THE FREE BET NOW.
I am washing my hands off these criminals. They are taking food off our tables and putting it on theirs. They are causing untold amounts of stress, then they have the audacity to go to bed and get a good night's sleep.

I wonder how they do it. IT WILL 100% catch up with them. This is just a fact, and sorry for them when it does. I just hope they are spared real tragedy. No one really deserves what would be appropriate for these excuses of humans.

I will check and see if they credit my account and if they do, that will be the exact moment I delete my account, I promise you!

I will write a bad review very regularly too....

Why dors Betway have such sh%#*+ odds? I never seen a website that have such inadequate gameplay. Its very righed system. I guess thats Betways righed.

Why does Betway have such sh%*% odds on slots. Worst casino on the web it seems. Bonus wheel is a load of bull.. what u supposed to win on that anyways. 1 Bonus spin on a game that pays nothing. Im just waiting for a site that offers a sportsbook that rivals betways layout and im gone. Hate their gameplay on slots. Worst ever. Customer service nonexistent. Prolly be ause they know theyre ripping you off. For a company that advertises quality gameplay, i sure dont see how they can believe that. Lol

Betway app is at best a horror show.You load vouchers and it says its already loaded.Then you try to report it and the chat option is like talking to trees.no response. Just you are in the queue. Everyone must have a problem because you never get a respond being in the que. Absolutely a shame.

Cant withdraw a cent.

I won money playing the slots on betway. I withdrew the money it said it was pending, all was good. i then get a notification that the withdrawl has been paid and it will take 2-3 business days to arrive. It has now been more then a week and still havent received anything. Ive tried emailing and using the whats app number and facebook, which both are invalid and you cannot access. Honestly such a scam I have mates that have had the same problem. Dont bother depositing you wont be able to take money out anyway.

This is my second review in less than a week!
im still having trouble with my withdrawal which is stuck in processing commenced after 5 days.
still havent got throgh to anyone on live chat! after hours and hours of waiting i am currently number 1 in the queue and have been for about and hour. i had an email back from betway saying they want me to change my preffered method to make my withdrawal. 2 problems 1 being its still in processing commened stage so it is not in my betway account 2 being my account is not letting me do anything to change my withrawal method untill i deposit again! i have done that and still no luck. this is truly terrible. still cant believe this is happening

Betway Scam

Well it's been a month since I tried to withdraw from Betway. They said I was sent an email which I never received and then I was sent a code for etransfer which isn't needed because of auto deposit on my bank account. It says that after 30 days if withdraw isn't completed it will return to my account...NOPE! Customer service app is useless.

Probably the worst ever platform

So here’s the breakdown.

The app itself hasn’t got the markets available like every other platform. The layout is very old and if you’re into football betting this is not the app. However I did win a lot on Betway and am happy with my luck on the app

However. This company does not run well at all. I’ve been gambling for 10+ years. They do not have a help line at all that you can call it’s closed due to “ Covid 19 “ which is an absolute joke. They’ve held a withdrawal up which is fine I’m okay with that. But the live chat is a robot that repeats itself.


Every other gambling site has a live chat which you can speak to a human. These guys don’t pay for live chats and they don’t pay for help lines. If you’re stuck you just have to resort to leaving a comment on trust pilot hoping they get back to you.

If you are a gambler your better off sticking with the other platforms because if this reason. Holding up a withdrawal and no way to contact them? Trust me guys Betway is not the way forward for longevity gambling

All of the comments below are people saying they are owed money. And if they need to provide Information rightly so. But not being able to contact anyone and be left in the dark? FELLOW GAMBLERS STSY AWAY FROM THIS PLATFORM

Non-existent customer service

Customer service continues to be non-existent at Betway as I've spent several more hours in live chat queues looking for an update after sending more ID documentation on Saturday night (6th April). Processes seem to take much longer than other bookmakers I've used through the years and based on what friends/colleagues have said. Account remains locked despite initally being told it was verified. Now just looking to get my initial deposit back.
